88-year-old Tampa man gets help after problems with backed-up sewer line

Frustration was mounting for an 88-year-old man in Tampa dealing with a backed-up sewer line that led to a costly problem. Robert Peiser, 88, has lived in his home in Old Seminole Heights for 50 years, but the front of his house is now home to a big hole. Peiser said his sewer line was backing up.
