Give River Hotkey Chains with This Simple Trick

If you have ever used SXHKD for a WM like BSPWM or any other WM under Xorg, then you know that hcains can be a great feature. River doesn't come with it out of the box, but we can emulate it. Since River is modal, and it uses a server client structure like BSPWM, then we can do it very simply.
