Ingredients:

Of the passion fruit syrup
• 1 cup (tea) of sugar
• ½ cup water (warm)
• 4 tablespoons passion fruit juice

Make pudding
• 5 eggs
• 800 ml of milk
• 1 cup (tea) passion fruit juice concentrate or natural
• 2 tablespoons butter (40 g) or margarine
• 2 cups of sugar (tea)
• 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
Method:

For the syrup, place the sugar in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly until everything melts, at this time carefully add the warm water and keep stirring, now the passion fruit juice, mix until completely dissolved (always over low heat) pour on the baking sheet. Reserve.

For the pudding, put the eggs, milk, butter, sugar, passion fruit juice and wheat flour in the blender. Beat for a few minutes, until everything is mixed.

Pour into baking dish and cover with aluminum foil (shiny side in).

Take it to bake in a bain-marie for about 20 to 30 minutes and remove the foil and leave it in the oven until it becomes pudding.

Remove from the oven and let cool and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.

Develop and it's ready and delicious!

*If you want to make a syrup to garnish and have more passion fruit flavor, just reserve 1/3 cup of the pudding syrup that we made there at the beginning and add the passion fruit pulp and boil for a few minutes until it reduces a little.
After this syrup is cold, we cover the pudding.
