Let Go of Negativity

As we have a lot of energies swirling around us, from the Sun with Solar Storms, The Earth’s Schumann Resonance spiking and all the emotional energies run high from our daily life, now is the time to detox from everything that no longer in our best and highest good.
We get to loving release those thing that no longer serve us. We get to purify ourselves, mind, body and soul.

Drink lots of clean and pure water to help flush out all of the toxin and negativity. Our entire being functions much better when we are hydrated with water, coffee, tea, soda pop, juice don’t count. Pure, clean water is what your body and mind crave, especially on a cellular level.

Find a detox protocol that resonates with you. Make sure it’s gentle and easy.

Consider some energy healing that can help cut the cords to the negative experiences from the past. Energy healing can loving remove unseen negative, entities, energies and influences and infusion loving, healing light into your mind, body and soul. Reiki Healing is a great modality to consider. The most important thing is to let go all of the pain from the past. It’s time to set yourself free from the energetic and emotional cords that have kept you down and limited for a long time.

This week it’s about love, love yourself, other and every situation no matter what the outward appearance may be. Sometimes our own limiting perceptions prohibit us seeing where our love goes and the miracles it can bring into your life and everyone you come in contact with.

As you make these changes your home environment will begin to improve especially now that you have your sacred space from last week and your taking 10 minutes everyday to go into the silence and be with higher self and your higher power.

For those of you who have given love and have been rejected your love is eternal regardless of the situation. It will one day be received and valued. As you go within, it’s time to be honest with yourself and query the sacred heart of your soul for your true, sincere and authentic desires.

It’s time for you to fall in love with life. The purpose of life is to Live. Live a beautiful, abundant, joy filled life, being true to yourself and your purpose. Allow yourself to be enchanted and begin to view your life from a childlike perspective.

Trust that everything is unfolding according to plan for your greatest happiness. Things are changing here on earth we as humanity a crossing the bridge of transformation. Visualize your ideal future because your dreams are creating your new beginning and things come together in divine timing.
