Do this instead of going to the gym!

When trying to build the Pillar of Health you don’t need to do much.

Believe it or not, it’s fairly easy to be relatively healthy.

And in a world where most of society is overweight or obese (this is not meant to be an insult, this is just an objective fact) doing a moderate amount of consistent activity is plenty.

If you’re struggling to start, this is ALL you need to do:

1️⃣ 30-50 push-ups

2️⃣ 30-50 sit ups

3️⃣ 30-50 Squats

4️⃣ 10-20 minute jog or jumping jacks.

This will build a good foundation.

No equipment needed.

Now, you have no excuse to build up this pillar.
