20-Minute Bodyweight HIIT Workout | 7.25.2022
This 20-minute bodyweight hight intensity interval training workout consists of 13 movements at 60 seconds each that do not repeat. I strongly recommend shoes for this workout as it’s done entirely standing and has a fair amount of impact. That said, all movements assigned will have a non-jumping variation for an apartment-friendly/hotel-friendly space. Happy sweating!
