Timber Window Boards NO MDF!!!

Impromptu video I filmed while machining a couple of solid timber window boards. A little different to my normal videos as I was short on time so just filmed while I worked and added the commentary afterwards.

These Window boards I finished 26mm thick with a double round-over profile and a 10mm window board tongue to engage in the windows, window board groove.

I jointed the boards together using a Trend Industrial 60mm TC Glue joint cutter on the Felder f700z Spindle Moulder.

Planer used in the video is a Felder ad531
Crosscut Saw = Wadkin CC
Bandsaw = Felder FB610
Orbital sander = Metabo Sxe450 -old model
Extractor Bosch GAS 25
