We can't keep comparing ourselves to the Jews and not do what they do

The psychological and spiritual scarring of the African holocaust and the transatlantic slave trade have made us collectively inadequate as a people. We have pockets of success in the micro, some really amazing cases but nothing in the macro that we can collectively rely on.

Do we really want to remedy this state of affairs?
