Questions persist on how state is enforcing gun ban county court deemed unconstitutional

Questions continue about how Illinois State Police are enforcing Illinois' gun and magazine ban enforced after the Macon County court in a final judgement earlier this week ruled the ban unconstitutional. That ruling is pending an appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court.
