To start the game, the two players face each other and place their hands palm-down on a flat surface, such as a table or a desk. The players take turns slapping the back of their opponent's hand while trying to avoid getting slapped themselves.

The game continues until one player gives up or is unable to continue due to pain. The player who gives up or cannot continue loses the game, and the other player is declared the winner.

Some variations of the game allow for additional rules, such as using only one hand, requiring a specific amount of force, or only allowing slaps to certain parts of the hand. However, the basic premise remains the same - a test of strength and endurance between two opponents.
