Large Angle Belt Conveyor

The stress concentration at the convex arc of the large angle belt conveyor is increased due to the slope change and bending of the conveyor belt. Generally, the spacing of the bearing idlers on the convex arc frame is densely arranged during the design, so as to enhance the overall bearing capacity of the idlers and extend the damage and replacement period of the idlers. But in practical use, it can not fundamentally solve the problem. Therefore, large diameter idler is used at the convex arc, which has high strength and good effect after use.
