Part 1

3 Tablespoons of Oil
1 Sliced Medium Red Onion
2 Teaspoons of Minced Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli
1 Kg of Diced Chicken Breast or Boneless Chicken
1 Tablespoon of Chings Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
½ Tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce
½ Tablespoon Maggi Hot Liquid Seasoning

Part 2
2 Tablespoons of Oil
1 Sliced Medium Red Onion
1 Sliced Medium White Onion
½ Teaspoon of Salt as per Taste
2 Teaspoons of Minced Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilli
8 to 9 Sliced Chestnut Mushrooms
1 Sliced Red, Yellow and Green Pepper
½ Tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce
1 Teaspoon Maggi Hot Liquid Seasoning
½ Tablespoon Chings Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
100g Bean Sprouts
2 X 150g Udon Thick Noodles
Chilli Flakes (Optional)

Garnishing

Chopped Coriander Leaves
Sliced Spring Onion
