Homosassa Redfish and Scallops

This is our Homosassa Hawsey Episode. Capt. Justin takes the whole FlatsMafia crew to his hometown to show us how it's done. We were lucky enough to stay in a glorious house called "La Casa of Mason Creek". This is a beautiful home and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to book a house for a special occasion in Homosassa.

In this episode we target some Redfish early in the morning and then take off to grab some scallops in the afternoon. After we finish scalloping, we hit the springs for some cold ones!

Of course Bubba finds a 'Rope Swing' that works out great. We end the show with "Cooking with Bub & T-Dub". They give you their tips on how to cook Scallops and blackened Redfish Tacos.
