I recommend you all speaking with an attorney when drafting up your private money documents especially if you are not familiar with the terminology.
I didn't feel comfortable sharing the private money documents for download because everyone understanding levels will differ and these documents are not a one size fit all. Depending if you are the person lending vs borrowing and if the property is in your name or the guarantor's name makes a difference as to what terminology you will use.
