Silicon Valley Bank Went TOO WOKE & Went INCREDIBLY BROKE Due to Absentee Risk Manager Jay Ersapah!

Two more Banks are seeking federal protection in light of the Silicon Valley Bank disaster, but we will not fully understand the situation until the markets open up tomorrow. Janet Yellen, head of the US Treasury, has assured everyone at this time there will be NO BAILOUTS. So SVB is going to fail on it's own. That's one victory.

So why did Silicon Valley Bank fail so catastrophically? You need not look further than to it's Head of Risk Assessment... or lack thereof. Kim Olson was the acting Head when the bank went under last week, but she only assumed the position in January 2023, after NINE MONTHS of not being able to locate their actual Head of Risk Assessment.

Jay Ersapah worked with SVB in multiple roles, ultimately capping her stay off with the aforementioned Head of Risk Assessment. Unfortunately for the Bank, she wasn't very good at her job. Fortunately for Jen, she was able to do every little activist endeavor she desired. She was able to set up Month's long Pride Events, sit on LGBTQ panels and install a several safe spaces for coming out. Her crowning achievement was establishing a "Lesbian Visibility Day," which has exactly zero to do with finances. It's no wonder this collapse happened...
