Abraham explains, the more we care about the way we feel the more in alignment our wake state becomes, that of course happens if that is what we are wanting, and therefore expecting. If we would like to do more within our day within our own energy capacity we should ask our inner being what to do and what do they think? Maybe we could get suggestions and advice on how to proceed in a beneficial manner! I have found that when I am happy I have more energy that when I am sad, frustrated or distracted.
