So you have a CO2 laser and wondering how to engrave on metal, well today I will give you some different options!

We have a Thunder Laser Nova 35 80W machine. And here are the settings we use.
First off we engrave on painted or coated tin and our settings are 250mm/s and 30% power.
For the anodized aluminum, we use 500mm/s and 20% power.
On powder-coated tumblers like Yeti, Rtic, and Polar Camel, we use 400mm/s and 35% power.
For bare metal, we use Enduramark Black Marking Spray and engrave at 300mm/s and 60% power.

These are just some ways that your CO2 laser engraver can engrave on metal!
