A very brief look at what my solar system looks like these days. It started life as a yet to be installed Renogy 400W Starter kit and batteries that came with the cabin. I installed it all, experienced a BMS failure within 3 months, replaced it, and I very quickly added 4 more 100W panels and a new MMPT charger, then proceeded to upgrade the remaining core bits. Here's what the main components look like now:

8x Renogy RNG-100D-SS 100W panels in 4s2p
Renogy Rover 100A MPPT charge controller
8x EVE 3.2v 260Ah cells, in 4s2p for 12V
2x JBD SP04S034 BMS units
2x Blue Sea Systems 600A bus bars
Renogy PCL 3000W Inverter/Charger (R-INVT-PCL1-30111S)
A whole lotta wiring, battery master switches and fuse blocks. :)

Disclaimer: I am not sponsored by Renogy, I just like that their documentation allows a relative solar newbie on a budget like myself the ability to learn enough to go figure out the harder details and questions on my own, which is mostly how I like to things anyway). I am not a subject matter expert in solar systems nor do I claim to be such. This is only my second MPPT setup, and not my forever solar system, nor my forever cabin. All is subject to change at my whim and pleasure! :)

The objective of this video is to show people what is working for me and how I put it together. If you enjoy, please go ahead and share widely!

Thanks for watching!
