Know Your Rights: Travel (Part one + Part two)

The first and fourth amendements protect our right to travel without paying for a license plate or a driver’s license.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The government compelling us to pay for license plates, a driver’s license, and insurance ere we may exercise our rights to peaceably assemble and freely speak to one another is a prohibition and abridgment of said rights. To reiterate Men with guns compelling us to pay to exercise our right to travel in our property as to peaceably assemble and speak freely is a prohibition and abridgment of said rights. Should I be fearful of traveling as to peaceably assemble with my brothers because I lack a drivers license in my pocket or a license plate on my property my right to freedom of speech is being prohibited and abridged. It’s that simple my friends.

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

How are we secure in our effects if we are being unreasonably seized for not displaying evidence that we’ve paid to exercise our rights? Is it not unreasonable to seize one for refusing to pay to exercise their God given rights? To reiterate we are not secure in our effects as we will be unreasonable seized for refusing to display evidence that we’ve paid to exercise our right to travel in our property.
