Twitter Files Hearing: Double Standard of Witness Under Oath

Maybe there's something I'm missing, but this seems like a huge double standard and hole in Mr. Connolly's argument and perspective that because one particular set of witnesses said something under oath, that it has more significance than two more under the same oath????????
