Man spends 100k on Salvaged Trimaran to make Off Grid Liveaboard!

Zuess was unable to find a suitable and reasonably priced place to rent and live on Galiano so he turned to living on a boat. But before that even he was encouraged to live on boat and started to when he was only 16 years old. He was able to pull this large Trimaran off the ocean floor and rebuild it. He estimates that he spent around 100k rebuilding it, but now he has an amazing vessel that is completely off grid, with solar panels, wind turbines, solar water heater, wood stove and compost toilet. His expenses are now low and he has an amazing home that allows him to live around like minded people in a community. He is also a diver and films and records the nature in these west coast waters.
