How To Make Inside Out Shepherd’s Pie - Great St. Patrick's Day Recipe!

St. Patrick's Day is just about here! If you're looking for something different than corned beef, try this on for size! I will show you how to make an inside out Shepherd pie for your holiday. (We eat this year-round though because it's so good and easy to throw together). Here's what you'll need for a 13 x 9 pan:

Ingredients:

2 lb. ground beef
2-3 TBL Worcestershire sauce
1- 1 1/2 TBL Beef Bullion
1 TBL ground Rosemary
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. coarse black pepper
1- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups water
3 cups vegetable mix (I prefer frozen, but you can do whatever mix you prefer)
6 medium- sized baking potatoes
1 cup milk, cream or half and half
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup dried parsley (optional)
