Andes Mint Cupcake Recipe - You HAVE To Try This Cupcake!
I use Fresh Milled soft white wheat flour making this a Whole Grain recipe, and I also use my Sourdough discard. Even though this is a cupcake, it is packed with Vitamin E, Iron, Protein, fiber, and so much more!
Tastes just like an Andes Mint, but a cupcake! I also make a natural green buttercream frosting for the top! They are adorable and delicious, and perfect for Saint Patrick's Day! Green icing makes it great for a St. Patricks Day party!
