Decorative Plate Display

Hey Everyone!

How's everyone doing? Me? doing great! Trying to get back in the swing of things and going really slow about it! If you are following me on IG, you will see that I'm build a farmhouse table for my friend. She wanted to help and because of life, it is taking some time to complete. But we are getting there!

As of now, I don't have much room in my shop to start another big project. I think my next big build, I will be making new furniture for my deck, so stay tuned for that!

In the meantime, please enjoy this little build. As I state in my video, I wanted something for my dining room and found this picture on Pinterest. It was exactly what I was looking for! This does not have instructions and I'm building it by just looking at the picture. I want to display my formal plates that are not in use. They are standard 8in plates and 6in salad plates. So this display is quite big. Bigger then what I really wanted, but it was too late to change it once I cut most of the wood. As you will also see, I ended up not displaying my plates, but my coffee cups instead. The plates ended up being too heavy and I didn't want to buy different plates.

This was a simple build and can be custom made to your needs. If you are interested in the size I made, there is a cut list below. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.
