I wrote this song to inspire compassion for the lost. As Christians its easy to feel offended or victimized by theses same lost souls. But if we can remember before we were saved we similarly offended others without being fully aware of the levity of our own sins. Also the state of being unsaved without the Holy Spirit to guide our walk and give us comfort through the inevitable trials of life is a very desperate and unstable form of existence. And these lost souls, though seemingly happy in persecuting others are simply suffering from a lack of understanding of the love and purpose of Jesus Christ to the sinner. Jesus is the good guy. We are tasked as believers and followers of Jesus to express this through our love and examples but also through our witness and communication. I Hope all who listen enjoy and are blessed.
