An inefficient shop is a shop that gets nothing done. My dad always told me: “if you put your tools away where they go, then you will always know where they are”. Basically if you don’t then you will lose or accidentally throw them away, or worse spend 30 minutes looking for them when you only have 2 hours to work at night after putting kids to bed.
