Steamed back ribs with kimchi

▶️Ingredients
Back ribs 1.2kg, Less than half a pound of aged paper
▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Refrigerate back ribs for 30 minutes.
2️⃣Put back ribs, 1 green onion, 3 sliced garlic, whole black pepper, 2 soju or rice wine into the ⃣Wok.
3️⃣5 minutes and wash thoroughly in cold water
4️⃣Toss back ribs with 1~2 minced garlic, 2 soju or rice wine, 1 soy sauce, a little pepper, and 1 red pepper powder.
5️⃣Put half of the kimchi back ribs in a pot, add 700-1000ml of leftover kimchi anchovy broth, 150ml kimchi broth, 1 sugar, 1 perilla oil, and 1 fish sauce.
6️⃣Open the lid and go at this time. If it is bland, add 1 soy sauce and boil a little more
7️⃣If you want a strong sour taste, add 1 sugar or honey
