A Lesson to Be Learned ／ 学ぶべき教訓

From a FB page which belongs to a member of PPC (People's Party of Canada). This points out the most widespread problem today. My point here is Not pointing out the mistake that we probably have made in the past but "what are we gonna do next time?".
