12 oz spaghetti
6 slices of bacon, chopped
3 large eggs
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate. Reserve the bacon fat in the skillet.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Heat the bacon fat in the skillet over medium heat. Add cooked spaghetti and stir to coat in the bacon fat.
Remove the skillet from heat and pour in the egg mixture. Stir quickly to coat the spaghetti and avoid scrambling the eggs.
Return the skillet to low heat and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the spaghetti.
Add the crispy bacon and stir to combine.
