Why does Daniel Horowitz want States to write legislation that they already swore to and can enforce?

Refer to the 1st sentence of US law and consider that of these "no human laws should be suffered to contradict these." Then see the 2nd and 3rd sentences. Then look at Grievance #13 which is exactly what you are fearful of and the plan they intend to impose on you and your listeners.

Then look at page 38 of FL SB 2006 that "your" governor swore into law.
