The retaining structure of the construction pit is made of 23 m long concrete piles with 15 cm diameter. Groundwater level is at -5 m, bottom slab at -9 m. The building has a raft foundation. Columns, beams and facade of the building are made of precast concrete. Long span horizontal beams (~22 m) utilize steel beams in the middle section. Floor slabs are made of reinforced concrete, poured on corrugated steel sheets.
