New CHINESE research is attempting to justify American obesity. Claiming that people who have excess subcutaneous fat stores don't exhibit the same physiological issues of people with an abundance of visceral fat is misleading at best, nefarious at worst.

It's not healthy to be fat. There is no such thing as "healthy at any size." If you're fat, you know it's a problem. So get after it.
