PLEASE READ: I normally laugh at the pranks pulled on the Beliebers to show their stupidity (like when the Belieber's shaved their heads), but the fact that 9gag did the prank was a bit of a dick move. However, nothing appalls me more than this endless celebrity worship that we have in our culture today. I understand looking up to role models, I'm not putting that idea down, but to cut yourself or do any other self harm just because of an action that is non-harmful to anyone else is being done by a celebrity is beyond stupid. Being as that I know people in my personal life that have and are cutting and doing self harm for reasons from family issues to other personal issues pisses me off because it's people like this that make all people that self harm look like attention whores, thus not giving the REAL people with REAL LEGITIMATE issues the help they need. If you are a person that is actually going through personal issues and have resulted to cutting in response to feeling alone, please seek out help anywhere you can from counselors to close friends and people that you feel you can trust because self harm is never a good answer no matter how big the problem. If you thought I was too harsh on this issue, view my other videos on bullying where I get more personal and talk about "self harm", may not be the same as this scenario, but it will show that I do have a caring side.
