W&R: Cartagena Columbia - the unexpected!

Cartagena Columbia is not at all what we expected. Gastro pubs, fine dining, roof top bars, and boutique shopping. We took a long stroll through the Old Walled City, navigated our way along Bocagrande's vendor infested beaches (tourists beware) and ended up on an 8 hour boat tour. Cartagena has definitely been added to our "favorite" city list.
