Fiddler's Marsh at Ponte Vedra Beach Annual Meeting 11-8-21 shows violations of Florida law and Bylaws by failure to send budget to members for review prior to Annual Meeting; meeting had to be adjourned and completed in December Special Meeting. Invoices for 2022 dues were sent to Association members before budget was passed by Board, which is a violation of Florida law and the Association Bylaws.
