Ingredients:

500g mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons oil
Salt, to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing
Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until onions turn translucent.

Add sliced mushrooms and stir well. Cook for a few minutes until the mushrooms release their water and shrink in size.
