20220311-The "Green" Germans and British Are Going Back to Burning...Coal

The Germans and British have gone psychotically green, they were going to get all their power from "zero emission" or "low carbon" sources.

So the Germans shut down the lowest emission source of electricity, nuclear, and are now retrofitting their low carbon (gas) plants for...coal.

And global warming has caused England to get so cold this winter their "zero carbon" bird blenders aren't generating power. So they're restarting their...coal plants.

Modern society needs cheap, plentiful power and two of the three largest economies of Europe simply don't have enough power. So those two "green" economies are going back to...burning coal.

I guess people would rather increase plant food in the atmosphere than freeze in the dark.
