In April 2020, a woman named Lily Jensen was jogging alone on a quiet road in Miami Beach, Florida, when she was attacked by a man identified as YouTuber Vitaly ‘VitalyzdTv’ Zdorovetskiy. Zdorovetskiy tried to hug Jensen without any provocation, but she pushed him away and asked him to leave her alone. He responded by tackling her to the ground, straddling her, and punching her repeatedly.

Zdorovetskiy was later arrested and charged with felony aggravated battery. He claimed that he had been under the influence of hallucinogenic mushrooms at the time of the attack.
Several witnesses called 911, including one who reported seeing a different woman exit Zdorovetskiy’s house with him in pursuit. The woman managed to flee the scene.
In a police bodycam video, Zdorovetskiy can be heard asking the officer if he was also tripping, and stating that people wouldn't understand why he attacked Jensen for no reason. He also claimed to be famous and a millionaire.
Jensen filed a civil lawsuit against Zdorovetskiy and his company, Vitalyzdtv, Inc., on April 15, 2020. The case was settled on June 9, 2021, with no objection from Jensen.
On June 23, 2021, Zdorovetskiy was accepted into pretrial diversion for his felony battery charge.
The incident highlights the dangers of drug use and the importance of consent. Jensen was a victim of an unprovoked attack, and Zdorovetskiy's behavior was inexcusable. The settlement of the civil lawsuit and Zdorovetskiy's acceptance of pretrial diversion may bring some closure to the case, but it is a reminder of the need for responsible behavior and respect for others.
