Twitter Needs a STRIKE System!

Recently I was permanently banned from Twitter. Why? No idea. That's because Twitter's current punishment process is completely arbitrary and anything but transparent. Here's how we can fix it!

[UPDATE: I would change, "Once a strike is applied, no tweets prior to the latest offending tweet can add a strike," to, "Once a strike is applied, no tweets on or prior to *the day the strike is applied* can add a strike." This is so someone can't take a sequence of past offending tweets and get you suspended multiple times by reporting each tweet in sequence.]
