Alec Baldwin is NOT Being Charged With M*rder #Shorts

Back in 2021 Alec Baldwin was involved in the shooting and killing of Halyna Hutchins, who was a cinematographer on the set of the new movie ‘Rust’. There has been a lot of speculation about this case and a lot of questions surrounding “How did this even happen?” On the set of the new movie Alec Baldwin was given a prop gun to use during a scene and it turns out that prop gun was actually loaded! On the day that this accident happened they were filming a scene for the movie, I guess it was a very dramatic scene since it involved a gun. Everything was going well up until the moment that Alec Baldwin shot his “prop gun” and accidentally impaled his cinematographer! I think this is more of a props issue who gave him the gun to use and who put the bullet in the gun?? That's who I personally think should be responsible. A lot of people think that Alec should be responsible, for his role as executive producer in the film. At the end of the day this situation is very sad and unfortunate. But I really hope it serves as a future reference for future films. Alec Baldwin could never assume that a prop he’s being given to film a movie scene with has the power to actually kill someone. The Santa Fe district attorney's office also says that “There is just no crime when it comes to this incident.” They will most likely categorize this as an “unintentional battery” What do you guys think about this situation?
