UFO Shot Down Over Canada #Shorts

On Sunday, February 12, 2023, a U.S. F-16 Fighter Jet shot down an object traveling over Lake Huron on the U.S./Canadian border at roughly 2:42 P.M. local time. Though the object was not believed to pose a military threat, it was traveling at roughly 20,000 feet in the air -- meaning it could have potentially interfered with domestic air traffic. A day prior, a nearly identical flying object was shot down over the Yukon. When asked about the decision to force these objects from the skies, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told the gathered press: “The security of citizens is our top priority and that’s why I made the decision to have the unidentified object shot down.” Meanwhile, a U.S. official, speaking with Reuters on condition of anonymity described this most recent object as octagonal in structure with strings hanging off of it, but with no discernable payload. That description brings to mind the object detected over sensitive military sites in Montana last week, which prompted the closure of U.S. air space not once, but twice. That being said, this most recent wave of objects is said to be of a different overall look than the original 200-foot-tall balloon believed to have been of Chinese origin that nearly sparked an international incident when it was seen over American skies earlier this month.
