Vipassnaland | Living with monks in Thailand

This video is a Buddhist ceremony I attended a few days ago, where everyone was connected by a piece of string that hung over our heads, whilst the senior monks chanted a mantra (which you can hear in the background, mixed with piano music) that harmonizes everyone's energies and it's said to extend everyone's life.

Sounds a bit nuts I know, but i hope this video gives a little taste of the energy there. It's definitely raised my vibration!

Ajahn Puttar (the master Buddha.. See 2:37) the master because he's truly mastered himself, organizes and runs this entire show like a monk, ironically. There's so much to learn from him, I feel incredibly blessed to have spent a week in his presence. I would him to be a dear friend, mentor and brother.

This has most certainly been one of the most amazing experiences of my life, my energy levels have gone through the roof. I feel so much love, gratitude, peace, joy and the best part is the Buddha teaches us to maintain and experience that state of being indefinitely. He teaches how to appreciate the suffering and override the pain.

Gonna need to keep practicing ;) and sharing?

Just so you know, anyone can visit the south of Thailand and stay in this monastery with food and accommodation for free. All you have to do is meditate. Check out: https://watsopharam.org/
