Desert Survival: The REAL Tony Stark

Emile Leray, a French electrician, found himself stranded in the Moroccan desert with a badly damaged Citron car. Emile refused to give up and took matters into his own hands by ingeniously transforming his car into a makeshift motorbike.

Emile was halted at a military outpost during his desert drive and couldn't continue ahead. So, he chose to navigate around the restricted area off-road. However, the rough terrain caused him to crash into a rock, making the car undrivable.

With the nearest village at least 20 miles away, Emile used his ingenuity to create a makeshift motorbike from his damaged car. He shortened the chassis, reattached the axles and two wheels, and moved the engine and gearbox to the middle. The process took 12 days and with limited water, Emile began his journey back to civilization.

The Moroccan police found Emile after a day of riding and drove him to the nearest village. They also fined him because the registration documents for his car, no longer matched what he was driving.
