▶️Ingredients
3 medium size cutlassfish, 300g radish, potato, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 3 Cheongyang peppers
▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
Add 4 red pepper powder, 4 dark soy sauce, 1 Joseon soy sauce, half a spoonful of sugar, a little bit of ginger, 2 minced garlic, 2 rice wine, and a little water and mix.

▶️Recipe
1️⃣Sprinkle salt on the front and back of the hairtail and season it for 30 minutes -
2️⃣Put in a pot of potatoes, add anchovy broth (700ml), 1 seasoning sauce, and bring to a boil.
3️⃣Put in the hairtail, the rest of the sauce, and the onion
4️⃣Cover the lid and simmer over medium heat for 10-12 minutes
5️⃣Open the lid and season it at this time. If it is bland, add fish sauce
6️⃣Cheongyang pepper, dig in, close the lid, and simmer over low heat for 5-8 minutes
