Repair an IOT light switch, Leviton DW15S wifi light switch

I show you how to tear down the DW15s WIFI switch and I show one potentially common problem with these devices.
Many of these devices use cheap capacitors and when they start going bad they can cause all sorts of unexpected results. This is just one example of how to diagnose and repair them.
Of Course there are many other things that can go wrong but this is probably the most likely problem when they act up.
