Russia recently launched a new nuclear submarine which they named Belgorod and has been handed over to the Russian Navy in the port of Severodvinsk.
The Belgorod submarine with its torpedo weapons can deliver a multi-megaton warhead that can cause radioactive waves that will make swaths of the target's coastline uninhabitable for decades.
