Topping a pine tree with bad rot in the base.

Just a short video of me climbing and topping a 70 foot pine tree that has considerable rot in the base that makes it a very dangerous climb due to the fact that it can break at the base with me in the tree. Notice the close power lines. Also I had to get down fast to clear the road for traffic.
