China's SECRET Moon Base? NEW Mysterious Pentagon Project!

The United States NASA program is planning to land on the moon in 2025, 50 years after the Kennedy era moon landings in the 1960's and 1970's. What would Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin think of this?
