The Wagyu is finally ready to be picked up from the butcher. I have waited over 2 years to taste one of the steaks. These steers were born on the farm, raised by me and feed grains I grew and mixed myself.
Wagyu is a highly prized beef that is usually served at high-end restaurants and is really expensive to buy. We'll also show you how to grill the steak, We'll also give you some tips on how to best prepare the beef for your taste buds!
We practice regenerative farming and try to do everything on the farm by raising the best grass, raising our own corn and grinding and mixing our own feed.
