Heres a demonstration on how to do B Stance Hip Thrusts
In this 2 Minute Tutorial I am breaking down an underrated exercise that not a lot of people seem to do. This is similar to the B stance Romanian dead lift in the fact that you were using a single leg more so than the other one. With his exercise, you're gonna plant your foot, and then have your other foot act as sort of a stabilizer, and as you can see this video, I take you through the form on how to do this exercise properly. B Stance hip thrusts are not for everyone though
